the big fish are great for small toddlers who are still putting everything in their mouths. we've kept the small fish away so it's not a choking hazard, will give it back to them when they're older. they love watching the penguin arms move up and down and try to figure out what's making it do that with each fish they put on each side. great for learning maths (eventually when they're older)
